how will this affect normal day-to-day driving? will this harm your car in any way by putting it out of rhthym or something? would you feel a noticeable power loss or any side effect conditions such as rough idling, etc. also, i'm thinking about getting new rims. if you're going from stock to 18"'s, what else do you need to get besides rims and tires...is it necessary to get new shocks/springs/etc. sorry, don't know much about aftermarket wheel setup. thanks.
